Group Class Questions: 

What Classes are offered?

    -Classes will range from pilates, total body work-outs, stability ball, hip-hop style, and Zumba™. Classes will be offered based on demand (for example: pilates will not be offered if no one signs up for it). 

What should I do in order to prepare for a class?

     - Don't eat anything for an hour or so before class.

What are the class sizes? 

     -Minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4.

What do I need to bring to class?

    -Water, towel, and a great attitude.

Are there any incentives to buy multiple classes?

     -Discounts will be offered for purchasing multiple classes in advance. Stay tuned....

Personal Training Questions:

How are Personal Training Sessions different from group classes since the class size is rather small?

     -Personal training gives me the opportunity to work more specifically with you in order to reach your goals. A personal training package includes physical assessments to see how you measure up on such things as strength tests and blood pressure. I will be with you during training sessions to fully encourage you and ensure that your form is "perfect" at all times in order to prevent injury or wasted time. Personal training packages also include meal plans developed on state-of-the art software to ensure that you reach your goals. Proper nutrition is at least 80% of succeeding in any fitness and nutrition program.

Is there somewhere else to train if I don't want to train at my home?

     -There will be open times at Radiant Health Chiropractic on Water Street. Sessions held at Radiant Health Chiropractic will result in a discount to you, since you will be traveling to me.
